RESERVATION POLICY
- Check-in time is 14.00 hours (local time) and check-out is 12.00 hours (local time), early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed
- Late check-out till 18.00 hours will be charged 50% of 01 (one) night accommodation, later than 18.00 hours is considered as 01 (one) night stay (space confirmation is subject to availability on departure date).
- Children up to 12 years old stay free in parents room when using existing bed(s) in room. Children older than 12 years old are fully charged.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
- Cancellations:
▪ Normal Season : 06 January - 30 June 2020 ; 01 September - 21 December 2020.
Cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will be charge 50% of total revenue.
▪ High Season : 01 July - 31 August 2020 ; 22 December 2020 - 05 January 2021.
Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival will be charge 50% of total revenue.
- No Show is charged 100% charge.
- In the event of early departure, the hotel will charge a minimum of 01 (one) night penalty and fully charge in High Season period.

TERM AND CONDITIONS
- Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include 21% government tax & service charge.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Prepaid reservation, non-modified and non-cancellation is allowed.
- All special requests are subject to availability on arrival only. We have noted all special requests and we will try to cater all the requests.
- Credit card payments are calculated on the Hotel Bookkeeping Rate the day of processing. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian Rupiah and Bank processing time. Anja Jimbaran can not be held responsible for these differences.
- Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customers has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumtances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
